We could pick a name and then check each others progress and support each other.

This will be my 2nd cleanse... I did the first in April of this year and really felt great at the end of it~ I'm looking forward to detoxing again and hopefully this time keeping the weight loss. I did lose 18 pounds last time. Wow, that felt great, too...

I hope to find some friends~

Please join us on the October cleansers thread. Trying to cut down on the clutter and repeat posts on the board. Everyone there started at some point in october we are all chipping in for support and advice.

I'm sure you, and anyone else starting on the 14th, before the 14th or after the 14th, can find more than enough support and cleansing buddies on that thread.
