If I'm drinking the herbal laxative tea in the morning and at night, can I get away with just doing that or do I have to also do the Salt Water Flush? In the book, Stanley Burroughs says you can do either, if I'm reading it right. I'm on day 3 and I've just been drinking the tea. Any help would be much appreciated...

You are correct: you may do the lax tea night and morning and skip the SWF. However, if you've never done it, you might want to try it on a weekend or sometime when you don't have to be somewhere, just to see how it works. Because lots of us swear by it and feel much better with it than with the tea in the morning.

I agree, the SWF is truly amazing, however I am a weekend flusher

thanx so much; i have considered doing it this weekend. now, what exactly do you mean by "better?" more energetic, better mood, less hungry? i'm curious...

simply that the flush makes the toxins exit quickly hence you have less detox annoyances. It moves everything along much faster and your just feel so good afterwards. Aches dissapear, cramping is gone, and you feel like you can take on the world.
Try it and see how you like it, but stay close to the bathroom, it works rather quickly.
One tip for you, as you start to eliminate, drink lots of water, it helps the process move even quicker.
Happy cleansing

For me, "better" means more completely cleaned out, and more comfortably. Also, I like not having to think about BMs after the flush stops (in a couple of hours). So I feel like I can trust myself for the rest of the day not to be near a bathroom.
But mostly for me, it just feels better physically.
