Please help I ate this evening after been on cleanse for 4 and a half days I lost half a stone so far, I was sick this morning and weak! Also hungery so I had toast a yogurt an actimel and 3 choclate fingers! At 7pm this evening. Does this wreck my detox and could I continue detox tomorrow after going on wrong track this evening! I had 5 days left to complete my 10 days. My aim was to lose weight for my birthday on 15 th of september. I wanted to get into my size 10. I started the detox at 11 stone 4lb size 12-14. now I am 10 stone 11lb. Can I still lose weight for my birthday!!
Also not been rude but have you to do this flush in morning and laxtive tea everyday and night for the 10 days!! Im woke up out of my sleep to elimate twice a night every night. This is very annoying as I like to get my sleep. Also my elimation is just pure brown water coming out is this healthy!
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!
Thanx XXXXX

I think you can drink the lax tea tonight and start over again, but I wouldnt consider it your 6th day...it would be your first. Don't worry! You're not the first to cheat. But I would say that you need to go for the full 10 days now, not just 5 more.
As to your Liquid Brown BM's-that is normal! I think most of us are having those. Do not despair!

Fasting is the fastest way to lose weight. Other than that, Eating a vegan diet of 50-90% raw will get you healthy and drop the weight. There is no easy fix. Anything easy, such as diet pills, etc...is NOT Healthy. It takes work and commitment. I know this isn't what you want to hear! But we've all been there. In order for you to lose weight in a week, a fast would be your best option. Otherwise, eat raw for the week. You won't lose as much, but maybe a few pounds.

Hi Thatch, first and foremost this cleanse is about detoxing and getting toxins out, the weight loss is an added benefit. Your body now has to slow down again, digest the food you decided to eat and start the process over. It seems that maybe this is not the cleanse for you at this time. You have to do the lax tea in the pm and the SWF or another lax tea in the morning in order for it to work correctly. Read peters thread on the beyonce piece. You can quite ill not breaking the fast correctly and gain any weight lost quickly.
Sorry but you would be on day 1 again:(.
wishing you the best

Yeah I know that deep down was looking for a mircale ha? I suppose maybe I didnt use enough maple to keep me full! And not enough water today so I couldnt resist when i was making my 4 year old son toast! I had to have some too! Well I think Im going to continue on for next 5 days just in order to lose another 7 pounds! And lots of exercise on my exercise bike! Its tough to exercise too after work as I have to do homework with my son clean house etc but ill just have to make the commitment and get on that bike

I know Im bold out! But your right its not a 100 percent me doing this for the "Cleanse" part. But I really wana shift the weight! Do you know of any fasts or so forth that would suit me then in my aim to shift weight quickly! Even 7 pounds or so for my birthday just to have it off for that night! Then I am going to do a normal diet like Unislim I did before and lose 2lbs or so Each week healthy. And be down for Christmas slow but ill get there.
:) Thanx Hun,
