I wanted to respond to the news letter that I received this morning. The comment was about the weight staying the same for several days. I have been on the Cleanse several times. My weight stayed the same if I didn't follow the plan correctly: I had a hard time drinking the diet tea at night and I NEVER drank it also in the morning. I even went on the plan several times where I couldn't get more than four or five lemonades down in a day. Any of these can affect weight loss. I also noticed several times that after several days at a "plateau", I lost several pounds on the third day after I had reached the plateau, all of a sudden. I also noticed that when my regular water intake dropped off, it affected my weight loss. Another thing that can affect your idea of weight loss needed is your own false idea of how much weight you really NEED to lose. Are you really needing to lose weight? Every time that I went on the Cleanse, I was doing it to positively affect my overall health and to detox from poor eating habits. The weight loss was just a "Plus Factor". Have patience and stay with the plan correctly and the weight loss will happen, if you in fact NEED the weight off.

such good points!
thanks for sharing.

i found that on both my cleanses, I didn't really show any loss until close to the end. Day 10 and after. And I lose a pound or two more when I am breaking the fast and slowly going back to regular eating.
