View Full Version : Can I just to this cleanse for 5 days?

I am on day 4 of the cleanse, so far so good, but I was wondering if I could only do it for 5 days (plus two additional days of orange juice, vegetable soup and salads). I need to start training for a race and extending this cleanse to 10 days will delay my training.

you can do WHATEVER you want! they just recommend 10 days. u might consider going all the way-- anyway-- why will it delay your training? I'm not a racer-- but i have been able to run, swim & exercise on the cleanse. it might even make you faster!

Hey Sophia...Since you're a senior member I wanted to ask you about maintenance after M/C. I just finished my first 10 days on Sunday and I've been eating well since then. Lot's of raw veggies. I miss having the lemonade and I've heard you can drink it as your morning drink. I'd like to know if you do that and if there are ANY real benefits if you do? After reading Peter's book I know that he and his wife use the SWF after dinners out or when he cheats. That was a great tip!

Hi CC and all,
I just started my second MC. The first one lasted for 7d and this one, according to my plans, is going to be a 6d one. My work is so hectic w. a lot of client meetings/lunches/dinners etc that it is impossible for me to find a 10d period to do the min. recommended 10d.
I just hope that 6-7d is better than nothing.
