Have a question for anyone out there - Is it okay to use a heating pad at night to ease the abdominal discomfort? Cusior if anyone else has done that as there's no meds involved......appreciate any answers, thanks and God Bless

I will be praying for you! Maybe drink some more plain water? I had some cramping earlier and I am trying to just drink lots of water & the lemonade. I haven't had any cramping in a few hours. I need to go to the store to get more lemons but I am afraid to get into a car right now! I have 3 lemons left and enough lemonade for 2 more glasses and it is almost 4:30. Hang in there! I am starving right now!

Forgot to answer about heating pad! I don't see why you couldn't use it since you are not taking anything in?

frankie i think it'll be fine because you're not ingesting anything.
that's a good idea though because the cramps do kill me every night around 4 or 5 in the morning. which sucks because i get up at 6:30 to do my SWF. it wasn't this bad at all my first cleanse. wowsers.

let me know how it works out and i might get a pad too.

Thanks you two...I'm just trying to think of a way I can get some sleep tonight, the last two nights have been pretty miserable and I have a lot to do at work tomorrow. Appreciate the input and the prayers. God Bless
