My daughter-in-law passed this on to me and I thought it worth posting.

Before Christmas 2012, I noticed my breasts starting to hurt a lot and I noticed a big lump in my left breast. I was determined to finish getting my bachelor’s degree before getting it checked out. So I ignored my boobs for a bit, got my degree and went to my primary doctor at the end of January. I WAS SCARED. She told me I needed to get a mammogram and ultrasound. I’ve heard a lot of bad stuff about mammograms but at that point I wanted to know what was going on. Was it cancer??? As a mom I was terrified.
Luckily, after all of my testing (which was painful), it wasn’t cancer. I did have fibrocystic breasts (cysts filled breasts). How can that be??? I’m only 42. I asked the medical doctors what could be done and they said there’s no cure, just maybe cut down on coffee and chocolate. What?? No cure?
I went and saw my nutritional doctor and he tested me for deficiencies. He put me onto taking some supplements. I didn’t really pay attention to what they were.
I learned our breasts are like sponges for a lot of toxins and estrogen, which can cause the cysts, cancer and other nasty stuff. Iodine can flush the toxins out and help handle this problem.
After the lecture, I looked at the supplements my nutritionist had given me and–low and behold–-kelp and iodine!! Hmmm… interesting. So I started reading more and more about iodine and there’s a direct correlation to thyroid health as well. I’ve struggled with hypothyroidism for about 10 years as well. I guess it’s safe to say I’ve been a bit iodine deficient.
Anyway, I also started taking another natural liquid form of iodine as well. It’s been about 2 months and my breasts are no longer sore and all the lumps and bumps are gone. I got some essential oils for breast massage as well from the lady who gave the lecture above. This is also for lymphatic massage.
I was amazed how much this stuff helped and I truly think every woman needs to know this and needs to add iodine to their diet. It’s also vital for kids’ health and for prostate health. Unless you’re eating a lot of seaweed and salt water fish, you’re probably not getting enough iodine. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that everyone can benefit from getting more iodine in their diet RIGHT NOW!! Please pass this one to any and everyone!
