I thought you might be interested in my latest health research: a sustainable weight-loss diet.
I’ve gotten so many requests for what to eat after the Master Cleanse to maintain that great feeling of energy and happiness that I decided to research one.
I want to say at the beginning that this is working great for me, but since everybody’s body is different, it might not work for you.
For the last month, I’ve been on a vegan diet of no:

  • Meat
  • Dairy
  • Sugar
  • Wheat
  • Corn
  • Artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives or colors
  • Eating between meals
  • Eating after dinner

I’ve lost about a half pound a day (15 pounds in 30 days).
What do I eat?
Breakfast: oatmeal or granola with fresh fruit, nuts, coconut oil, maple syrup and ground chia seeds
Alternate breakfast: fresh fruit and nuts or green smoothies
Lunch: rice and beans or cans of organic vegetarian chili! Yum! And they’re great if you put them on top of fresh organic greens. The greens become sort of a wilted salad.
Alternate lunches: salads, Indian vegetarian meals
Dinner: Homemade lentil soup with veggies. salad, green olives with pimentos and marinated artichokes (Just read the labels to be sure they don’t have sugar or artificial stuff.)
Alternate dinner: stir fry veggies with rice
Where to buy your chia? If they aren’t in your local health food store, try Amazon.
